The Tour de Tuli is an annual fundraising mountain biking event. It is a gruelling but breath-takingly beautiful route that takes the participants through the Tuli National Park and Mapungubwe National Park, in the border region between Botswana and South Africa's Limpopo region. Watch the wildlife from your mountain bike and soak in the scenic beauty of this pristine region.The tour is presented by Tour de Wilderness and Fedhealth.
The original route is about 80 km a day, with a total of around 300 kilometers. There is a (relatively!) more 'relaxed' explorer route that totals about 250 kilometers. Neither is for novice mountain bikers but both are a real delight for the more experienced riders!
Tour de Tuli raises funds for several conservation and education charities.
