Southern Africa Travel Guide
No matter what currency you use, in southern Africa you will get your money’s worth. Particularly visitors from Europe and North America will be pleasantly surprised when they pick up the tab (we say "bill") at a restaurant or fill their car with petrol. Below is a guideline of how much the currencies are worth (exchange rates are just an indication).

Zimbabwean dollar (suspended)

Zambian Kwacha (ZMK)

Lilangeni (SZL)

Mozambique currency: Metical (MTn)

Lesotho Loti (LSL)

Botswana Pula (BWP)

Namibian Dollar (N$)

South African Rand

TESTIMONIAL

We really enjoyed the trip. The lodge was very pleasant and the children loved the animals right in front of our chalet! Thank you for organising it for us, we will definitely pay another to the lodge.
